LilBet Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing or using the LilBet website at lilbet.im, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on any game or market, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is between you (the registered account holder) and LilBet.

These terms apply to all users of the LilBet platform regardless of the device used — mobile phone, desktop computer, or tablet. They apply equally whether you are betting on PSL matches, playing live baccarat, spinning Aviator, or using any other product available on LilBet.

LilBet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms and Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with LilBet.

To open and maintain an account on LilBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LilBet does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or gamble on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a real, natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and artificial persons are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be excluded or suspended from LilBet, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by LilBet's own decision.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any gambling self-exclusion scheme applicable in your jurisdiction.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these terms.

LilBet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to verify your age when requested, your account may be suspended until verification is completed, and any funds that cannot be reconciled to a verified identity may be withheld.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on LilBet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your login password and any two-factor authentication codes. LilBet will never ask you for your full password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, it is fraudulent.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify LilBet immediately via our 24/7 support team. LilBet will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable precautions were not taken by the account holder.

Your account balance belongs to you and is held separately from LilBet's operating funds. LilBet does not use player fund balances for any operational purpose. Account balances do not earn interest.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You must not share account access with any other person.
• Account name changes require identity verification documentation.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a small monthly inactivity fee after prior notice.

LilBet processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by LilBet on standard transactions.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits from these payment methods are credited to your LilBet wallet instantly in the large majority of cases.

Withdrawals can be made to any payment method that was previously used to deposit to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. LilBet processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash under standard conditions. Bank IBFT transfers are processed on the same business day. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification for amounts above applicable thresholds.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to your account.
• LilBet does not accept payments from or make payments to third-party accounts.
• Deposits made using bonuses or promotional funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6.
• LilBet reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing large withdrawals, including valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Any suspicious transaction activity may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation.

All bets placed on LilBet are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any additional sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until LilBet's system displays a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed regardless of any funds deducted from your wallet display. LilBet reserves the right to void or refuse any bet at any time before confirmation.

Void bets: A bet may be voided by LilBet in the following circumstances without limitation: evident errors in odds display; match or event abandonment before the minimum qualifying period; technical errors in the betting system; or clear evidence of market manipulation. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's wallet.

PSL betting specific rules: PSL match bets are settled on the official result as declared by the PCB. Rain-affected matches settled under the DLS method are treated as official results. Matches abandoned before the minimum qualifying overs threshold have all pre-match bets voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed after the abandonment trigger point may be settled differently — see PSL-specific rules in the PSL Betting section.

Live in-play bets: In-play (live) bets are accepted at LilBet's discretion. Odds displayed during live play are subject to rapid change. LilBet accepts no responsibility for bet placements made based on outdated or cached odds information displayed due to the player's internet connection issues. Always verify your bet confirmation before assuming a wager has been placed at a specific price.

LilBet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Pakistani players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active — which are published alongside the promotion at the time of offer.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement on LilBet bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 2,000 bonus requires Rs 40,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus converts to real money.

Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including baccarat and card games contribute 10% unless stated otherwise. Crash games including Aviator contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Specific promotion pages will state eligible games clearly.

• Only one welcome bonus per new player — regardless of number of accounts attempted.
• LilBet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except from players who have already claimed and activated it.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting against LilBet's own markets, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. Unused bonus amounts expire after this period.
• Free bet winnings do not include the free bet stake — only net profit is withdrawable.

LilBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity and we work actively to prevent it from becoming harmful.

The following tools are available to every LilBet account holder and can be activated at any time from the account settings section without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each playing session. You will be notified when your limit is approaching and logged out automatically when it is reached.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from LilBet for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. LilBet will close your account and you will not be permitted to re-register for a minimum of 6 months.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on LilBet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on LilBet, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in games or betting systems to generate artificial profit.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match fixing or in any way attempting to influence the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed on LilBet.
• Using LilBet to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing LilBet staff or other players through offensive, threatening, or harassing communication via any channel.
• Depositing funds using payment methods you do not legally own or are not authorised to use.

LilBet cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence bodies in any investigation related to illegal activity. Account information, transaction records, and communication logs may be shared with relevant authorities when legally required.

All content on the LilBet platform — including but not limited to the LilBet brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of LilBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the LilBet platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the LilBet platform without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of LilBet's intellectual property may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

LilBet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure service availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LilBet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from the player's own internet connectivity issues during live betting or live casino sessions.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, even if LilBet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks) that affect deposit or withdrawal timelines.

LilBet's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

LilBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abusive behaviour toward LilBet staff or other players.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months without prior arrangement.

You may close your LilBet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your linked payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of account closure are forfeited.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your LilBet account, bets, payments, or any other aspect of the platform, please follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your complaint with LilBet's 24/7 live chat support team. Provide your account details, the specific issue, and any supporting information. Most issues are resolved at this stage within a few hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the support team cannot resolve your issue to your satisfaction, email support@lilbet.im with a written formal complaint. Include your account ID, dates, amounts involved, and a clear description of the dispute. LilBet will respond within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may escalate to LilBet's licensing authority. Details of the escalation channel are available on request from the LilBet compliance team.

All complaints submitted to LilBet are logged and tracked. LilBet will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. During an active dispute, the relevant portion of your account balance may be placed on hold pending resolution.

LilBet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, LilBet will provide advance notice via account notification or email where possible.

If you continue to use the LilBet platform after updated Terms and Conditions have been published, you are deemed to have accepted those updated terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
